A metronome in music, is a tool that helps the musician to get back to, or remain in sync with the desired rhythm of the music...and that's the aim of this offering. Most executives today, find it challenging to have vulnerable, open and honest conversations about their concerns and challenges in work and life without being exposed to judgement or the fear of emotional bullying - and as men, we are for the best part not keen to sit still or lay on a couch, with the objective of being vulnerable about our challenges. So as a CFA and COMENSA aligned life coach - with more than 17 years worth of corporate life experience, and having facilitated corporate learning and reflective mens retreats for more than 10 years, I want to bring the gift, into a setting where busy corporate execs can, in a focused, yet relaxing way open their minds and hearts authentically and without reservation of judgement. The sessions are sure to surface fresh perspective on both personal or business challenges and as a benefit on the side, I believe even your golf can improve.
